    REMINDER FOR AFTERNOON COLLECTION
Dear Parents, Just a quick reminder for afternoon collection. Important Update: End-of-Day Collection Procedures (Effective Monday, 1st December) To ensure safety and a smooth dismissal process, we are introducing a new system for end-of-day collection. What’s Changing? Collection Point: Parents will now collect their child directly from their classroom door. Order of Collection: If you are collecting more than one child, please collect the youngest child first. Independent Walkers: Children with permission to walk home alone will continue to be dismissed first. Queue System: Parents should form a single line at the classroom door. Children will be dismissed one at a time to their parent or named adult. After-School Clubs: Children attending clubs will wait in their classrooms until all other children have been dismissed before going to their club. Y3/4 Harriers: This class will be dismissed from the double doors they enter each morning. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us make dismissal safer and more organised. Kind regards,
